I recently had more work done at this Midas location and wanted to share my continued support. I have had many good experiences with this location and highly recommend taking your vehicle there for any reason. They are honest about their time and straight forward about this issues and costs associated with the repair. Good customer service and quality techs in the bays make for an all-around good place to let the pros take care of it.

I had an absolutely spectacular experience at Midas - 6201 Capital Blvd! I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient from start to finish. Jeremy, the mechanic, went above and beyond. Not only did he complete the service quickly, but he also took extra time to walk me through a few things he noticed with my vehicle. He explained everything clearly, showed me what to keep an eye on, and provided honest estimates for future repairs without any pressure. That level of transparency and care really stood out to me. Jerri at the front desk was just as amazing. She was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She made the check-in and checkout process seamless and truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. It was also really special to learn that this is a Black family-owned business. Being able to support them during Black History Month made the visit even more meaningful. Professional, knowledgeable, welcoming, and community-centered — I highly recommend this Midas location. I will definitely be back!

🥹 A Place I Finally Feel I Can Trust as a Wife & Mother As a wife and a mother, choosing who to trust with my vehicle is a big deal. My car isn’t just transportation—it’s how I protect my family, get my children where they need to be, and manage everyday life. I’ve often felt unsure or guarded when walking into auto shops, but Midas completely changed that for me. From the start, the team treated me with respect, patience, and honesty. They took the time to explain what was going on with my car without talking down to me or making me feel rushed or pressured. That alone meant everything. I felt heard, informed, and supported—something I don’t always experience in situations like this. What truly stood out was their integrity and attention to detail. They were upfront, thorough, and genuinely concerned about safety—not just making a sale. As a mom, that matters more than words can say. I left feeling confident that my vehicle was cared for properly and that my family would be safe on the road. This shop completely shifted my opinion on who I can trust with my car. If you’re a woman, a mother, or anyone who values honest service and real customer care, I highly recommend this Mid

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service & Attention to Detail! I had an absolutely exceptional experience at Midas, and I felt compelled to leave this review because great service deserves to be recognized. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was top-tier—professional, patient, and genuinely attentive. They took the time to listen, explain what my vehicle needed in clear terms (no pressure, no confusion), and treated me with real respect. That alone set them apart. What truly impressed me was their attention to detail. Nothing felt rushed or overlooked. The technicians were thorough, honest, and clearly took pride in their work. It’s rare to find a shop where you feel confident that your car is being cared for as if it were their own—and this Midas location delivers exactly that. In an industry where trust matters, this team on Capital Blvd has earned mine. If you’re looking for reliable service, transparency, and customer care that actually feels personal, this is the place. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be returning for future service. 👏🏽👏🏽 Keep up the excellent work!

I brought my 2001 mobile grooming van here for engine services and routine maintenance. My interactions with the team were generally satisfactory, but nothing stood out as remarkable. Given my personal experience, I would not recommend Midas for major repairs. Their prices seem steep and, frankly, inflated. Unfortunately, I needed my service done quickly and didn’t have the luxury of shopping around, which resulted in a hefty bill of $4000 for labor alone. They also don’t provide payment plans for larger bills and impose an additional fee if you pay by credit card. In conclusion my experience here was average, and the cost was quite high. While the work was completed in a reasonable timeframe and appeared to meet standard expectations, there’s still more work needed on my van. At this point, I’m hesitant to return to Midas for further repairs. I can only hope that the repairs they've done won't lead to any problems in the near future.
